Horrible customer service. Cannot be trusted m. There’s really no fraud protection. Do not go to this bank. They treat customers nasty and rude. They barley want to help and it’s ghetto!

I came in Friday to open a new account I waited from >1:50 to 3:58 still no account open the lady didn’t know how to open the account about 4 people came over to help still nothing so now I’m upset because why is it taking so long to top it off I just came from my sister funeral they was no help so unprofessional careless just came in Thursday with the same paperwork that I have for Friday was told I couldn’t open account come back Friday still no account open manager was not helpful and to have to sit there and wait that lo... read more
