Business response:
Deb, please let me apologize. You shouldn't have been ignored, and it bothers me that I had done so. We strive to greet people and offer help when they visit us, and this time, we clearly missed our mark. If you come back, please introduce yourself to me. I would like to apologize in person. ~Michelle
Went in for the first time today, got some great help from the owner (who was SO sweet), and left with some beautiful worsted wool and some new wooden needles! so excited to have found a new local business to support and a local place that sells local products! beautiful store.
