Had a fantastic bedside manner! I was in really excruciating pain from swimmers ear and he was able to vacuum the canal out and put drops in to alleviate some of the problem. Although it wasn't a pleasant feeling, he always made sure I was doing okay.
Came in to discuss allergy shots/drops, but the allergist claims it’s only worth doing that if medicating fails. Instead they pushed a lifetime of Singulair which has some serious mental health warnings that the doctor completely neglected to mention.
Seth Palmer of Michigan ENT and allergy specialists was very knowledgeable, personable and extremely patient while he answered several questions that I had. Above the norm of any other ENT that I've seen.
Dr. Keenan is a superior ENT specialist. So friendly and answered my questions patiently. The best.
