First what they were good at, presales and installation. What they have been not so good at, post sales service. Always claim they are too busy to send someone out. They didnt wire our furnace correctly. Took over a week to get someone out to correct this. They installed a thermostat they knew to have problems. After a week of waiting I finally had to tell them we had no heat to get a service call answered. Now we are trying to get a humidifier installed.
