This place is an absolute joke, read the reviews before doing any type of business with Michigan counseling group. They are disorganized, disingenuous & starkly unprofessional. DO NOT USE
I emphatically do not recommend! No Stars. Note: I am a Bachelor's-prepared professional and have a 45-year career which emphasizes therapeutic listening. I know what I speak of. From start to finish, my experience showed extremely lacking professionalism. I had an appointment to discuss personal concerns. There was no one at the reception desk; the office was hot, with carpeting with loose pulled carpet fibers, wall hangings just propped up against the wall in the lobby and office area. Terrible experience! Termite infested pig sty. It smelled so bad in the room and they close the door I thought I was gonna throw up.. The Counselor is a government chimp that doesn't care about himself so how can he help someone else!
