"Self Service feature" you mean you don't want to work. When I call. The only question I should be asked is what language and immediately connect me to a human being.

Zero stars. Have been trying to contact the local phone number for weeks now. They do not answer.

Very rude and not willing to listen to anyone with help. It's rude for someone to chuckle when you state your disabled or to just talk over you so fast paced that you can't figure out heads or tails what they said and also they talk over you. Not the right way to conduct HR at all. I know toddlers with much more respect. Not only that they never ask when you state anything about abuse about needing cash until you get disability or help. One of the most unhelpful places I been to. Forms in the entry way are always outdated so if you don’t know better you get screwed. If you have to show proof of identity they make you bring in 3 separate documents at different times which they notify by mail. The window of time you have to bring in the documents is very short. It’s nearly impossible to bring them in a timely manner because they notify the need of them by mail each separately. During covid this was all so much easier. It’s a huge disaster now. Thanks DHS for ... read more
