They have been very kind and helpful up here, where I came from they rude and wouldn't help or listen, while here I have gotten help and point in the right direction on things we needed help with.

Very rude and not willing to listen to anyone with help. It's rude for someone to chuckle when you state your disabled or to just talk over you so fast paced that you can't figure out heads or tails what they said and also they talk over you. Not the right way to conduct HR at all. I know toddlers with much more respect. Not only that they never ask when you state anything about abuse about needing cash until you get disability or help. It's bs
