Of course we were late getting our paper work in. I got the papers in the mail on the 14th and it was due back on the 17th. So I called with questions waited and no call back. Does anyone have a better fax number for this office rather than the lansing fax number
Communication sucks. My aunt has a Bridge Card through the state of Michigan. She had $140 last month which is normal for last 7 yrs. Now this month it's $17. She was given NO notice nor letter stating a change. Of course, this being a government organization, there is no communication. They just take the money.
