What a complete joke! Appt was at 11:00am and I sat in the lobby until 12:30! Finally called back into a room and sat again until I decided to leave at 1:30!! Seems like no one cared! Everyone took lunches while I sat and waited! Just rude and unprofessional! Did not even see the doc! No one tried to get me seen for my follow up! They don’t care! Got great treatment. Skilled and polite staff. Friendly and accommodative front desk staff.
I have a scheduled surgery in less than a week at this office and every single contact after booking has been an issue with the entire tight face squad at the front desk. I can’t ask a question without one of the them giving attitude as if one of them were doing me a favor by answering my questions or maybe they just don’t actually couldn’t answer the questions but I see they are clearly allowed to carry on in this manner (past reviews)but it stops here with me cause I don’t know what would give anybody in this setting to ha... read more
Dr. Gray's staff have been so kind and helpful during my process. I asked a TON of questions and they were very patient with me. Dr. Gray is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly...he made me feel comfortable! I did consultations with three other plastic surgeons before selecting Dr. Gray. I had brachioplasty on 4/11/25 and I'm BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS!
