This was an amazing company to work for. They truly care for their consumers. I also witnessed nothing but support and fairness with thier employees. I have greatly enjoyed my time at Michigan Community Services, Inc. I have felt supported by fellow staff and management. I feel that I am valued as a person and not just as a worker. I feel like I can ask questions and develop skills. I feel like the pace of work is not rushed, more of calm steady push which I like in comparison to my other job at a fast paced coffee chain. It is honestly one of the best jobs I've ever had.
I just interviewed with this company today 🤦🏼♀️🥴. I wanted to find some more information since there is a lack of information they provide online. The pay is basic minimum wage at this point (a little over $12). They encourage you to take the children you work with for respite care, out places but offer no incentive/pay per mile for gas.
