Do not pay upfront if you have insurance. We paid $2400 for two crowns, then got the EOB from the insurance company and we should have only paid $521.80. Called them and they said they only owed us $600 that we had to pay their write off expense, which is the expense they agree to by being an in-network provider. The dentist may be good, but the business office doesn't know what they are doing.
Round 1 of a crown went as good as expected! always professional.
