I have been going to physical therapy for rotator cuff issues for several weeks now. After 1 session with Jessica, I noticed a significant reduction in discomfort and less tightness in my entire shoulder area. My initial session was only scheduled for 30 minutes. It lasted 40 minutes. This wasn't my first rodeo. Jessica gave me a true deep tissue massage. She clearly is experienced, very qualified, cares about the health of her clients and takes pride in her profession. I have 2 one hour sessions scheduled.
The skill and personalized care I receive here is unmatched. Both my neck and low back pain are much improved and I appreciate the added recommendations for ‘homework’ exercises to keep my spine healthy. 5 Stars!!!
