Had a furnace installed by Mi Climate Control 20 years ago. Had it serviced yearly. Satisfied with the install and yearly service. When the partnership dissolved, customer service declined. Had a blower motor installed at a charge of $400.00 plus service charge. Found prices for the exact motor considerably less. Might want to consider getting estimates from other HVAC dealers before relying on only this provider. Had to leave 1 star, but would have liked to leave to leave 0 stars!

They installed my furnace without replacing the air filter. When I brought this to their attention, they replaced with extremely thin, cheap, off brand filter and said that one was recommended versus the one name brand full-size version. The admin assistant-Tracey was very rude! I had a positive experience with the technician, installer and other admin lady, hence the 2 stars instead of one. A supervisor "recommended" the cheap filter replacement.
