We have purchased parts from here before. Have nothing to say bad about them. This trip down was to pick up a new c/15.
Easy directions upon pulling in. Was there for parts, the Cat team made it very quick and easy! Thanks for my key! Reason for 2 star is, the call in portion service is difficult to say the least. Called back looking for additional parts, and part tech J**** made the whole ordeal tedious and continued to ask if I had an account, as if I should be qualified to access the golden realm of the parts department. I’ll just order online and bypass the 4 step purchase process located at the store
I had a very bad Experience with Tyler in parts, Also, Amber was unreasonable When she tried to assist with making things right. I’m very disappointed.
This was the second time we were there. 1st. Time no salesman. 2nd time the main salesman was gone. The other salesman avoided us. The receptionist tried to get his attention ( he ignored her just kept walking) then she tried to call him , he would hang up on her. Poor girl tried like 6 times. So she apologized and gave us the number of the main salesman. I called him, never answered. Never called back. It's ok because we went to another dealer and bought a nice big excavator from them.
