When Grant came out to provide an estimate he took his time and explained the options, asked questions, prompted me to do the same, and did a detailed measurement. I felt the most comfortable with him and Michigan Brickscape comparing to the way I was treated by other contractors that came out. They fit me in very quickly, completed the project in two days, it was competitively priced and turned out fantastically. Highly recommend.
