Called me to ask for blood, scheduled me the next day for 11:00am. Of course I show up early as always. No one told me they gave me their opening time as an appointment. Stood outside in 90 degree weather, humid as can be. They let me stand outside while allowing two other to come in early. One of which was a lady who said the door is normally open, well thats because she locked it behind her when she walked past me to open the door.
