To be honest, I dont know whether the fault lies with Dr. liebman or the office staff. I had a virtual appointment, and he didnt show up. When I called the office to see if he was running late, I was admonished by staff for not calling sooner!!! No apology or explanation offered - if I didnt show up I would be charged $75! I was a client here for a long time. I am sorry to say my experience in hindsight was not the level of care I deserved. I take responsibility for staying so long and not seeking out an alternative, but I also think the professionals didn't do their jobs as diligently as I deserved and were not looking out for my best interests as I was the client, not the professional. The new hire, Suzan Johnson is not even NP certified, and she changed my medications completely different than what doctor Joseph had me on, making me Ill I couldn't get out of bed. Suzan had me taking night medication during the day. Suzan has no knowledge of psychotropic medication, nor does she have the experience. To "protect her license", she pitched a "solution" to me.
