When you call you get ads to buy walmart gift cards. Or, you're sent to a call center that has never heard of WM Basement Waterproofing. Also, the home advisor form on their site is a waste of time. Just look elsewhere.
I have called them twice now. The first time I scheduled the guy to come out and give me an estimate. We picked a day and they said they would call me back to get me an exact time. They never showed up or ever called me back. I called them again to restart the process to give them another chance. They never called me back to set up a time. Everyone is talking about having a great experience with them, but now I question if they would even show up for the work if I went with them!
If you call the number on listed on their WEB site all you get is ad's to sell other products, car insurance, medical monitoring, etc.. not a professional company!
