I called the number on my appointment to let Dr. Oaks know I was running about 15 minutes late. The person on the phone told me it was no problem. I arrived at the office and checked in and they said Dr. Oaks was really strict and I was over 15 minutes, I was 17 minutes late, and they wouldn't see me. They should have told me that she was strict and I needed to reschedule. I took time off of work, being late was not in my control, traffic was terrible.
