They couldn’t get me back for a simple question about cancellation policy in 5 days. Besides, I feel uncomfortable and a bit concerned about their professionalism, as they reached out to me with a long text message after 30 minutes after seeing my review here, asking me to remove it, while never care about patients’ need.
Went to see Dr. Usman on Memorial Day of all days. Was moving across country and had some concerns about an issue with my foot. Dr. Usman was as gentie and reassuring as could be. His staff was amazing as well. Would give 10 stars is I could . Highly recommend .
This place is all about the money. Made an appointment for a consultation. As soon as I arrived they asked me for $200. I called my insurance on the spot and they said I only have a $40 co-pay. Wait 45 mins before I was seen. Then I was seen by the "clerk" who checked me in, not by the doctor. He again explained how much I was going to have to pay for fungal treatment before I even saw the doctor. I had a severe ingrown toenail on my left big toe for months and could barely walk because of the pain. Doctor Usman completely fixed the problem. The procedure was quick (around 20 minutes) and almost painless. Doc removed the problematic part (pretty huge part) of the nail very precisely, and now you can’t even tell that anything was done, it looks completely natural. Hey Ladies and Gents I had a visit today with Dr.Usman best experience ever! I’m a new patient and he made it very comfortable for me . I had an ingrown toenail and I was terrified at first when I say no pain was felt I really mean it. He’s really good at what he does. Dr. Ammar makes you feel comfortable coming through the front door nice smile and personality. I would definitely say come here it’s wonderful.
