Worst new patient experience! They are the worst! I scheduled an appointment for a Friday at the Flossmoor office online to then getting a voicemail that the office doesn’t open on Fridays so then they call me back during my work hours, which I am not able to call back, and they left a voicemail saying they would reach out to reschedule which they don’t! They couldn’t get me back for a simple question about cancellation policy in 5 days. Besides, I feel uncomfortable and a bit concerned about their professionalism, as they reached out to me with a long text message after 30 minutes after seeing my review here, asking me to remove it, while never care about patients’ need.
Went to see Dr. Usman on Memorial Day of all days. Was moving across country and had some concerns about an issue with my foot. Dr. Usman was as gentie and reassuring as could be. His staff was amazing as well. Would give 10 stars is I could . Highly recommend .
This place is all about the money. Made an appointment for a consultation. As soon as I arrived they asked me for $200. I called my insurance on the spot and they said I only have a $40 co-pay. Wait 45 mins before I was seen. Then I was seen by the "clerk" who checked me in, not by the doctor. He again explained how much I was going to have to pay for fungal treatment before I even saw the doctor.
