Guy at the front desk with the hat needs some customer service training/retraining. Rude and careless.
If you own a truck or large engine vehicle do not go here. Brought my 2019 f150 5.0 here for warrenty work. Kept telling me it was going to be ready next day but took them over a month. First time i brought it in they said it was cam position sensors spark plugs and VBC, this didnt fix the issue. My deductible and the reccomended spark plugs costed me $1100 as well as i have documeneted proof that they gave my car back two quarts at least low on oil. second time they said it needed a new engine. Thank You!!! Just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Lee, Teko and the Auto Techs team at Michigan Auto for taking care and fixing my Truck in record time. As always they exceeded my expectations. Few months ago they fixed my AC, though for months the line needed to complete the job was out of stock, they never quit and were able to get it. They have a free service shuttle which I LOVE! I got my oil changed and didn’t have to wait there for 2 hours they dropped me off home and then picked me back up
I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and have always received an excellent service.
