I have been doing business with global lending and they have helped me in times that I have needed help, but I will say that when you call for customer service to get help some people can be so rude and it’s not fair especially when you’re calling for help, overall I end up getting transferred to a higher up, but these customer service representatives who just answer the lines can really take a class on how to properly talk to people and if they don’t want to be there, maybe they should look for another job!
