Lol 3 years after the below review and the operator still doesn't understand that the parts counter is not the warehouse and she transfers you to the wrong place. Operator/ your initial call: unless you say things in a VERY specific way, she may not or understand you, when it's OBVIOUS to someone in the trade. Parts counter: they're ALWAYS excellent professionals and helpful.
