Only good for IV ketamine, but better providers exist for that. I was botched multiple times by medical assistants and persuaded insurance based routes that I preferred not to take by PAs or Drs. I did not find the level of care equal to the supposed reputation, and see why this field comes with a mixed bag of supporters and hate.
Their main therapist does not accurately state her insurance options online. Once you call in, they will drag you through a 10 minute hold to offer you the non-insurance rates. During this time, it'll switch from "we accept it" to "our main therapist doesn't accept that. Here's the flat rate." Absolute waste of time for anyone looking for a new therapist.
