Best experience ever. Jose Rodriguez took his time and explained my blood work section by section. He also took his time and explained my diagnosis of my arthritis and spine and what my possibilities could be the good and bad. We need more doctors like Jose Rodriguez that take pride in explaining your situation with you. He made me feel like a person not just another Patient with a dollar sign ($). I had Jose as my urgent care nurse, very VERY professional man, not only that he was able to explain to me why what I did may have affected me and others rather than just get me in and out. He was also very good at leveling with me and understanding. If you need to go to urgent care, Jose will be sure to help you, and make sure you understand everything you need to know.
This was our first experience with Jose Rodriguez and we were very impressed. He went through my mother‘s exam very thoroughly and ask all the questions to familiarize himself with her medical history. He really made us feel comfortable and I will enjoy visiting him again and begin a new relationship with him as a doctor for my mother.
Excellent staff. Nurse Jose is one of the most dedicated nurses, and helps patients become healthier.
