They said they’ll sue me if I don’t change my one star rating.
Very difficult to work with. Slow to fix problems repair issues and will do whatever it takes to make sure you don't get your security deposit back. If you're an ND student, avoid renting from this company.
Literally the best landlord I’ve ever had. Just touring the house I knew Daniel would be great to deal with. My rent never increased and he went above and beyond anytime I needed him. Even better, when I didn’t need him he never bothered me. The last tenants would even drive by frequently to wave and yell out the window how much they loved this house. I’m so happy a company like this exists in South Bend, couldn’t recommend it more. My only regret is that I’m moving out.
Stay the hell away from this company. This company will do anything in their power to leave you in mounds of debt. Also do not expect your deposit back either regardless if you do your part or not within the lease protocol. This company is full of snakes. Jennifer Espinoza and Daniel Leroy are deceptive.
