I've dealt with Richard and his crew for many years; they don't disappoint! I recently took over a new company and my first call was to Michiana Forklift to set up a service agreement and get a baseline on all my trucks. The technician was quick, responsive, thorough and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Nastiest people you'll deal with.
No service after the sale. When I purchased forklift I was told the head gasket was just replaced. 2 years later needs another head gasket. Wont return my calls. Now in a pinch to get it fixed.
