Chris is absolutely the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and she told me what to expect for the service needed. Service took longer than anticipated (much longer) but Craig was professional and patient the entire time. Sorry about that, Craig Definitely recommend!

I purchased a Vermont Casting wood stove from Michiana Fireplace in 2022. This was an entirely new system for my home. I had a Vermont Casting stove in my previous home and never had an issue. Unfortunately, the fresh air vent that is required allows both COLD AIR & WATER into my home, negating the efficiency of the stove since my furnace is running since there is so much cold air coming into my home.
