I purchased a Vermont Casting wood stove from Michiana Fireplace in 2022. This was an entirely new system for my home. I had a Vermont Casting stove in my previous home and never had an issue. Unfortunately, the fresh air vent that is required allows both COLD AIR & WATER into my home, negating the efficiency of the stove since my furnace is running since there is so much cold air coming into my home.
