Update- Owner of this business, Ronald Jackson has a body attachment WARRANT out for his arrest due to failure to appear to court to answer for the two felony charges that have been brought against him in 2024. My husband and I hired Ron (owner of Michiana Construction LLC) for a tub/shower replacement in January of 2024. He never had us write up a contract, we just verbally agreed to the work to be done. We picked out and paid for the tub we wanted from Menards and he picked it up, had one of his guys tear out our old tub/shower combo and install the new. UPDATE- The BBB has removed their accreditation of this business due to the recent criminal charges filed against it and its owner, Ronald Jackson on October 23, 2024, which I am the victim of. Jackson is facing two felony counts, theft and fraud, both level 6 felonies. Jackson has been official charged. The BBB has a link to the case on their page.
