Going here a while hopefully they are but when I had to get a bite guard they went to check it at my appointment and had to adjust it. I noticed it had cracked. They claim the crack has no possible like way of coming from them adjusting it and they did nothing to try and fix it!! I know my bite guard the crack was not their before I brought it in and not its going to cost me $237!!! The cleanings here are awesome. Be cautious of other issues.
