I tried this place for the first time today and I deeply regret it. I wanted a butterfly cut with layers and had grown out my hair to get the cut I was hoping for. But instead I got uneven layers, a really bad blow out and too much hair cut off. I have an incredible amount of volume in my hair and Mizue got a little too crazy with thinning out my hair. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Even though there was space available, I was refused service simply because I wear a hijab. This kind of discriminatory and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated differently based on their appearance or religion. I definitely do not recommend this salon.
