She was very professional and offered advice that helped me brace for the pain. I was given an option of entertainment (movie/music) and she talked to me through every step. She is knowledgeable about the types of products she uses which was soothing to my mental because all waxes were vegan and made for specifically hypoallergenic skin. I recommend her services to all my friends and family.
