Honestly extremely disappointed! I purchased a mud cake for my nephews 2nd birthday and once we got home and cut the cake it was stale. It was just a dry sponge smothered in icing. Woolworths would of been a better option. Its actually a shame as they used to have really nice cakes in the past. Coffee is pretty average too! Not sure what has happened but was definitely a waste of $45

I'm In between 3 and 4 technically. Staff are nice and my experience their she was a lovely woman. Food wasn't hot enoughf I got a sausage roll and pie it was a little cold for me and atmosphere was a bit dull. Music their was laying low none but that doesn't define weather it's good or not some places it changes the dynamics for this cafe it would. A lucky 4

My experience today at Michel’s Penrith will be my last. Ordered a birthday cake 3 business days in advance and on the day of the event when I went to pick it up I was casually told by assistants “Oh it’s not here”. Further elaborated the delivery hadn’t arrived a day prior. No apology, no acknowledgement, no solution. I asked if anyone tried to call me when they knew the delivery hadn’t arrived and apparently there were multiple calls made but couldn’t produce call logs as evidence when asked. Sat down to have breakfast. Over heard the two teenage girls (who seem to be running the place) "are you going to see if they want coffees" to which she replied "no" shaking her head. We sat there for 10minutes without service before we left. Ridiculous and disrespectful
