I love that the office is always immaculate, the staff always friendly and professional, and I feel they listen to and answer my questions and concerns when I come in. One big draw, too, is that they offer a 20% discount because I have no dental insurance. I appreciate the competence of the staff, and feel that they take good care of my dental problems and emphasize prevention, as well.
You all were very adept at soothing someone who has been afraid of dental work for most of my life. Thanks for being informative and telling me what to expect.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Olinger right before the office became Michels Family Dental. I was having some issues with it and went back a week later. Dr. Olinger was gone when I went back. Dr. Michel was going to charge me to redo the work done by Dr. Olinger. Are you kidding me? I just had the work done a week ago and Dr. Olinger still works in the office!! Ridiculous!
