I love that the office is always immaculate, the staff always friendly and professional, and I feel they listen to and answer my questions and concerns when I come in. One big draw, too, is that they offer a 20% discount because I have no dental insurance. I appreciate the competence of the staff, and feel that they take good care of my dental problems and emphasize prevention, as well.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Olinger right before the office became Michels Family Dental. I was having some issues with it and went back a week later. Dr. Olinger was gone when I went back. Dr. Michel was going to charge me to redo the work done by Dr. Olinger. Are you kidding me? I just had the work done a week ago and Dr. Olinger still works in the office!! Ridiculous! Everyone here makes sure you feel comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I will have no problem coming back with for my check up.
