My acrylic started chipping 30mins after I left and they told me the soonest I could come back to get it fixed would be in 5 days. I asked for a refund since I have to go to another shop to get my nails fixed and they refused.
I have been here 3 times, twice for nails by Mandi & had my 1st pedicure by Noelie. The ladies are welcoming and have great customer service. They make you feel like one of the girls . The shop is so esthetically pleasing and it's clean and sanitized. The vibes are definitely here from the moment you walk in. The ladies will make sure you are happy with every step of your service. The drinks for valentine's day were so dang cute as well. I'm so glad to have found this place ☺️
As a first timer of this salon, I was blown away with the overwhelming positive energy walking in for starters. The nail tech hailie who did my nails was the most sweetest and gentle nail tech I’ve come across! I will be returning for every service here! ❤️
