I can not express how amazed I am with this salon. Yesterday was my first time here and I just want to say how impressed I am with the service I received. Not only am I in love with my hair, I'm in love with the atmosphere here. Julissa listen to what I wanted and made it happen and look amazing! I was also pleased with how many of the ladies walked by me and asked me if I needed anything. I found my new stylist and Salon! Thanks Ladies!!

I had a pedicure and gel Mani! Kate did an amazing manicure and added stamps to 2 of my nails! I loved the relaxing atmosphere at Michelle's! 🥰💅
So disappointed in the customer service. Had always been a great cheerleader for the salon but lately just getting a return response to schedule an appointment has been a challenge so much so I ended having my daughter’s hair done elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Michelle’s for a very long time, and there’s a very good reason why I continue to. Recently, I was given a $350 gift card from friends for my Birthday. Unfortunately, I misplaced it around the house, and was stressed about losing such a huge amount on a gift card. Michelle’s was gracious enough to honor that gift card for me, and just deactivated the old one, and issued me a brand new one. I generally do not write reviews, but I went here today to dye my son's hair and I am sorely disappointed with the results. The atmosphere was nice, but what I paid for is not what I had asked for. He wanted a nice blue/teal color and really his hair is as blonde as when we showed up. You could see that the staff had noticed the same thing as I did; but still happily charged me for it.
