I am an attorney and always seek to support small businesses before I go with larger companies. Michelle's is a small business, so I contacted her and asked that she serve a summons and complaint on a company in Blaine, Washington. She took my payment, then ran without serving the summons and complaint. I've tried to call Michelle's several times to see why she took my money then failed to do the job, but it goes straight to voicemail. Also, she ignores my emails. Terrible, didn't answer the phone, can't find the address/shop, why even have a business listing if you aren't even available as your business hours indicate?

Used her as a mobile notary July 31. We had a 630pm appointment and received reminder notices. Michelle did not show up and after calling and texting we learned that she mixed days up. Mistakes happen. We waited about 45 min for her to come into the office. When she did she basically said nothing of this and was not apologetic as I would expect when someone makes a mistake.
