My first and last hair colour appointment. The colour did not work out but it was more how she handled it that was horrible customer service. I paid over $400 after tax and tips. I sent a photo of myself asking if she was able to do the colour and she said yes and I went in for a consult in Dec 2024 right after I had my hair coloured from my previous hairdresser as I was looking to find a new one for my next appointment in March 2025.
