I love this store! They are great. They work hard to make you feel special when trying on dresses. I think the girls are very knowledgeable about the dresses

your right its not walmart!!! walmart workers are alot more helpful. you would think running a dress shop they would know a little more about dresses!!!!
I like the fact they only have one of each, I dont want to look like everyone else. The place is a boutique, not Walmart
WORST STORE EVER. I am from Valdosta and I googled prom dresses and it pulled up Michelles formal wear so i thought my daughter and i would stop in well we walked in walked around the whole store and then finally seen someone that worked there and i guess she was in the back talking on the phone so she hung up the phone when she seen us and asked if she could help but she wasn't much help at all. needless to say im not going back to that shop again.
If you dont wear a size 2 there is no need stopping by. if you like the dress or the shirt in the jewelry box window you might as well keep driving because thats the only one shes got and its probably a size XS. they dont have 2 shirts the same in different sizes like regular stores.
I go to this store for every event, and always recieve great service!! The people who work for this store are always courteous and helpful. I cannot understand the reviews that are left about the staff as they are always wonderful and I am a repeat customer that has been coming for many years. If you are reading these reviews and not going to Michelle's you are missing out on a wonderful experience and great dresses. There is nowhere in the area that contests this store. i went in Michelles to buy a dress for my daughter and they were very rude and everyone talking about everyone!! i asked to speak with the owner but she wasn't available because i was going to let her know about the girls she had running her business was not very helpful and were too busy talking about everyone!! but i did stop back by one day to tell the owner but she wasn't available again so i just said well if she wants her business ran into the dirt thats fine with me. and by looking on the reviews on this page i see th... read more
This store is great! Could not believe the great selection in such a small town. Loved the small town charm and southern hospitality we recieved, while we had the lastest and best styles to choose from !!!
