I called Michelle's on a Friday for same-day delivery of flowers and chocolates for my daughter to celebrate a work milestone. I had tried 2 other florists for 2 days and they didn't answer or return my messages. Michelle's responded immediately and helped guide me through some options. My daughter was extremely pleased with the bright, beautiful arrangement and chocolates that she received. Customer service was top-notch and execution of the order was flawless. Highly recommend!
Earlier this week, I ordered 2 floral vase arrangements from Michelle's Floral Boutique and I couldn't be happier with how beautiful they were! The customer service was also exceptional. Michelle contacted me shortly after I placed my online order to advise that she did not have some of the flowers in one of the arrangements I had ordered. Typically, in my experience, most flower shops will make a suitable substitution but Michelle personally called me to discuss the issue. I highly recommend ordering from Michelle.
This is a great place to get flowers in Calgary. I really like the floral arrangements they create—the flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I’m looking for. Every time I order, I’m happy with what I receive, and their work shows real care and creativity. The only suggestion I have is to consider using a more professional delivery company, as the delivery experience wasn’t as smooth as it could have been.
