I had an appointment today with Erica and she was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable and she found my perfect dress! I can't wait to work with her again on bridesmaid dresses and tuxes! Everyone was so welcoming at Michelles Bridal! I recommend them and definitely recommend making an appointment with Erica! I worked with Erica when finding my wedding dress and absolutely loved her! She was very patient with me and took into consideration what my likes were most, but also what everyone else was liking on me. I thought the Look Book was a very useful tool for brides to fill out before they come in. This helps to help eliminate what you don't want to see in your room vs. what you would love to see! I was ecstatic to find my dream wedding dress here on my first day of looking! After purchasing nearly all of my homecoming and prom dresses and accessories at M2, I knew there wasn't anywhere else I wanted to look for my wedding dress. The level of service I received in the past was top-notch! I was pretty disappointed to find out that Michelle's no longer has Jeannie come to the store to make alterations, but thankfully, we were able to work something out! We walked in at 4:10, knowing that they closed at 5 but had had a long day at David's bridal & were wanting to look & compare, not planning on trying on. Ended up leaving at 5:15 with a dress that I loved. Absolutely amazing consultants, I'm so glad we chose Michelle's!

Cassidy was so helpful and patient with me while I was shopping for a wedding dress. She knew exactly what to say and accommodated my big group. She even helped me order in a dress from the Sottero and Midgley loaner program that I ended up falling in love with. I've been coming to Michelle's since the time I was getting prom dresses! And just like always Michelle's has been so helpful with all of our wedding party needs! From my wedding dress to bridesmaid dresses to the suits they have been there every step of the way, making wedding planning a breeze! I can't wait to see it all put together in August!
Wonderful experience. Thankful for a patient consultant, Lauren, who was determined to find me "the" gown when I was so indecisive, and returned to the store again. Strongly recommend them for every bride-to-be :)
