Absolutely wonderful!!! I booked a private champagne appointment with Michelle's and they made me feel so special!! Melinda was amazing and nailed what I was looking for!!! Thank you ladies again so much!!!

After a tough time with dress shopping, I decided to try Michelle's. I had Hannah as my bridal consultant and I absolutely loved her! She was super sweet and had prepared my room with dresses in my theme before I even arrived. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and sweet! I would highly recommend Michelle's!

Michelle's has been nothing but great with me and my situation. I live in Arizona, but I am having an Illinois wedding. They were able to get me in without an appointment on a Saturday when I first went to look at dresses and was pregnant. The staff was so helpful and listened to what I wanted and really helped me getting the dressed on and off and with choosing the right color that went with my skin tone!! I went in there today and found my dress and I couldn't have been more excited! I truly felt like a BRIDE today! I had the most amazing experience at Michelle's! Cass was my stylist and helped make my champagne appointment one I will never forget! I was there yesterday, walked in without an appointment (although they prefer you make one) Cassidy helped me pick out dresses and i was able to try them on. She did an awesome job with giving me advice and accommodating to my needs and wants. I went with a dress from another place because of the price. I had a budget and the other place was able to offer me what I was looking for in my budget. However i was still very impressed with Michelle's and would recommend it to anyone!
By far the worst tux rental experience I've ever had. $181 a piece and most of groomsmen' s tuxedos didn't fit whether being measured by them or someone else.
