While they made an effort to follow up with me after my visit, they never made me feel important when I went to the office. I know they see a lot of patients, but how hard is it to smile, treat people with kindness or show that you care? They have no respect for your time. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

I chose Dr. Z because my thyroid is at a stand still. I was scheduled to come in 30 minutes prior to when they actually called me . The staff are never friendly.The waiting area is filled with self promotional articles about Dr. Z and her husband and how she's been voted the best by her peers. I guess her peers haven't been her patients. Then they put you in an exam room to wait for another 30 minutes. No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? They should have on Dr. treat you. They chose to have you jockey back and forth in a very unorganized fashion. Is this a day spa or a medical practice treating life threatening illness as an Endocrinology practice would do. It is sort of disorganized, and lacks any professionalism really. ... too bad!!
