Had my first and last appointment on March 3rd. Was put on a new medication, had some questions and concerns about it and tried calling on March 13th. I asked that the doctor call me back. I was told I would need to either book a tele health appt or come in, however no in person appointments were available at the location I need until nearly a month out. Horrible communication and lack of care.
Dr. Michelle Winter is great, beyond amazing, truly exceptional, one of the kindest professionals I have ever met! She does not rush you in and out. I especially loved how she really took time to explain my conditions to me as well as my treatment options in a very clear manner and ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up.
