Michelle delivered for us! Especially after mortgage rates skyrocketed to above 7%, we weren’t sure if we missed our window to sell our home. But we had an offer and a back-up within just a few days, and closed in less than 30 days. Michelle guided us gently when needed, and more firmly when needed as well. She’s great to work with, and obviously delivers results!
