Have been seeing Dr. Taylor for 5 years and couldn't be happier with her care as well as her helpful staff. If i am waiting for more than 3 minutes they are apologetic. I have been under the care of several physicians in my lifetime and to actually feel like I’m not bothering them is a pleasant feeling.
Doctor Taylor and staff including nurse practitioner Hellaire have not been very good. They make up rules, they aren’t good with record keeping and focus less on being a doctor and more on invalidating patients. Krista Hellaire had to pause a visit to consult with another doctor and then blew my phone up to lecture me. Not professionals here. Phone calls never get returned.

I consider Dr. Taylor, one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! She listens, she has expert advice, and she really cares. I don’t think you could find a better family physician than she is.
Very good doctor in Lafayette. Table manners are excellent. She does an excellent job. She never be in a rush with u. Very talkative and concerned about her patients. I give her a million stars
