Our experience with Realty Plus (Michelle Taylor) has been very disappointing. Our home closed over a month ago but no one has come to retrieve the for sale sign despite multiple requests from our realtor to do so. We were also promised reimbursements from the seller as contingencies for closing, which Michelle was supposed to coordinate, however we never received this despite our own realtor making several attempts to facilitate.
Michelle was amazing to work with! She was always on top of things, from answering all of our questions to contacting the homeowner whenever we needed her to. We had a super long wait before finally closing on our house (7 months) due to complications out of anyone's control, and she stuck with us the whole time, always making us a priority. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family member, and we look forward to working with her again in the future!
