This office made my daughter an appointment at 4 pm, but when she arrived at that time they said the appointment was at 3:30 and dropped her as a patient. My daughter filled out paperwork as a new patient a few weeks ago and the person at the window gave her a 4:00 appointment for today & we both put in our phone calendars. There was no reasoning with them at all. It was their mistake but my daughter was denied seeing the NP. I do not recommend this practice.
