She is so dismissive and rude. I noticed this year on her forms that she offers refunds within a short period of time. So when I immediately contacted her last year and she completely blocked me from all further forms of contact, it was because she didn’t want to uphold her own refund policy. We feel so lucky to have found Michelle and her company to photograph our dancers! The entire experience has been perfect. They are so organized, so easy to work with and the photos are FANTASTIC!

She is dismissive and rude. I would never treat my photography clients this way. But she will balance negative comments with positive ones from her friends and family. Photographer would not respond text or calls. Would only respond to negative Google reviews. Shes only addressing a portion of my issue to make herself look good.
