I’m so pleased to have found Dr. Shimizu. She is warm, comforting, caring, a great listener and provides feedback/information in easy to understand and realistic expectations. I was not planning to write a review-- I was just looking for information about Dr. Shimizu, who has been my primary doctor for about three years now. The negative reviews I am seeing prompted me to offer some balance. Complaints about prescription refills, for example, are unfair because they are not the responsibility of the physician! And scheduling. So the credibility of reviewers (and their grasp of how the system works) should be evaluated with that in mind.
