I had the worst experience with this doctor, she had no bedside manners. I felt like she didn't take the time to listen to me, she was very rude, put in more pain that I was already. Felt like she didn't care what I was saying and just wanted to me

Dr. Shafer took the time to understand me as a patient. I never felt that she was rushing me out of the room to get to the next person. While I was there for my annual checkup, I had two referrals and prescriptions. Between Dr. Shafer and her nurse Laurie, everything was scheduled and taken care of by the next day. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I lost having a great Dr. that understood almost everything I told her, went out of her way to make the proper arrangements for me to get the help I needed, now I am switching to her location to continue having a Dr. that put me with the correct people to fix my back and nerves.
